Development Team

Our Development Team, established in 2018, is made up of local women and non-binary people who seek to support the delivery of Kairos’ projects. As a Trustee Subcommittee, the Development Team reviews project proposals from our community to ensure they match our charitable aims. They also undertake our annual community-consultation to collect the views of local women and non-binary people and inform our future delivery plan.

Volunteer Team

Our Volunteer Team brings together women and non-binary people from all walks of life to support all aspects of Kairos’ development and delivery. Volunteers are the backbone of our organisation; bringing passion, enthusiasm and knowledge to help us support our community. You’ll find our volunteers planning new projects, delivering workshops, attending training and supporting women throughout Kairos. To find out more or for volunteering opportunities, please click here. Meet some of our volunteers (we have lots more without photographs!)
