Hi! I am Ramatu. For many years, my heart has been in community development, human rights, and helping build fairer spaces where everyone feels seen, heard and valued.

I have been fortunate to support grassroots projects and human rights initiatives alongside organizations like Oxfam, Save the Children, and the British Council.  While my background is in law and policy, my real passion lies in bringing people together, championing anti-racism, equalities, diversity and inclusion; creating meaningful change at the local level.

I am deeply committed to inclusive leadership and ensuring small, community-led charities have the voice, care, and support they truly deserve.
