Find your rhythm with Buddy Beat at Kairos! Buddy Beat are a local drumming group set up to support adult wellbeing. Drumming has been found to help reduce stress, be therapeutic, improve self-confidence and self-worth. No experience is necessary, and the style of drums are easy to learn. Sessions will also include percussion and can be adapted to suit everyone’s access needs and level.

Drinks: We have 50p refillable tea and coffee or FREE if you don’t have pennies to spare! No one will ask you to pay, it’s a donation tub and you can choose if you can donate. We have a pay it forward scheme, so if you can afford an extra cuppa, you can pop the pennies in the pot for someone else.

Note on the space: we are based in the Embroidery Mill, directly across from Morrisons car park. We’re the mill building without the tall tower nearby.

Covid-19: if you have symptoms of Covid-19 please stay at home. You are welcome to wear a mask in the space – staff no longer wear masks. We clean our spaces regularly and hand sanitiser is available. If you are worried about covid-19 please contact us info@kairoswomen.org.
