Welcome to the Kairos Kitchen!
Do you have a passion for cooking? Are you a black, asian or other minority ethnic woman+ living in Renfrewshire? Then come and join us!
We are excited to welcome you to our 10-session World Foods recipe-sharing project to bring Black, Asian and Minority ethnic women+ together to cook together and share their favourite recipes, ingredients and cooking memories. There are limited spaces available for this project (max 6) so book fast: www.bit.ly/Kairos_Kitchen.
This project is generously funded by the Women’s Fund for Scotland.
Drinks: We have 50p refillable tea and coffee or FREE if you don’t have pennies to spare! No one will ask you to pay, it’s a donation tub and you can choose if you can donate. We have a pay it forward scheme, so if you can afford an extra cuppa, you can pop the pennies in the pot for someone else.
Note on the space: we are based in the Embroidery Mill, directly across from Morrisons car park. We’re the mill building without the tall tower nearby.
Covid-19: if you have symptoms of Covid-19 please stay at home. You are welcome to wear a mask in the space – staff no longer wear masks. We clean our spaces regularly and hand sanitiser is available. If you are worried about covid-19 please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accessibility: our space is wheelchair accessible with an accessible bathroom. If you have any specific accessibility questions or requests before your visit, please get in touch: email@example.com or find out more on our accessibility page.
Children: we welcome babies along with their mum! Do you have a toddler? Get in touch and we can chat about how we can make the space safe for your wee one.
